Our Process
Quotation and Deposit:
Once you request a custom order, we provide a detailed quote. Upon acceptance, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project.
Design Submission and Approval:
Share your design or provide a description, and our team will create a mockup for you. We’ll send it to you for feedback and make any necessary corrections until it’s approved.
Sample Creation
After final design approval, we create a sample to showcase the actual results.
Production Timeline:
Once the sample is approved, we proceed with full production, which is completed within 7 working days.
Delivery Schedule:
Your custom socks will be delivered within 2-3 working days after production is finalized.
